NOTICE: It has come to our attention that during manufacturing we mislabeled the flight battery (BLH8619) for the Blade Chroma. All first-run batteries have a label that states 5400 mAh when the battery is actually a 6300 mAh capacity pack. Future battery production will have the proper label.

If you already own a compatible Spektrum transmitter and a GoPro camera, you can save money and storage space with this Bind-N-Fly version of the Chroma camera drone. It has all the power and stability you need for shooting amazing aerial video and photography. Just bind it to your Spektrum transmitter, attach your camera and fly!

-Shoot exciting aerial video with your GoPro camera (not included)
-Easy to fly – no experience necessary
-Binds to your 4+ channel DSM2/DSMX transmitter (not included)
-30 minute flight times (Dependent on flying style and/or wind conditions.)
-Advanced SAFE Plus technology
-Smart Mode for beginner pilots
-AP Mode for experienced pilots
-Return Home function
-Uses GLONASS and U.S. GPS for greater accuracy and reliability
-Mast-mounted GPS antenna for superb signal reception

Fixed Camera Mount: GoPro-Ready When You Are

The included camera mount accepts almost any model of GoPro camera.* It features:

Just bought it this weekend, flew it 5 times. On the last time after a full charge, pressed the red button, it hovered for about 10 seconds, then took off to the right by itself and crashed into a fence and broke. Will be calling customer service tomorrow to see what went wrong. I will follow up with their answer after I talk to them. Very nice drone, but disappointed with this flaw. ( FOLLOW UP) After 2 weeks, Horizon has sent me a new drone. Customer service was great, and nice to know that Horizon stands behind their products.

Blade Chroma is awesome. Charged it and flew with in a 1hr. Have had for 2 weeks now and have flown it almost everyday. Great pictures and videos. It was really windy one day and the GPS made it look like that there was no wind at all. Very easy to fly even without GPS on. Very stable and flight time has been around 25-27 min.

I purchased this product as my first camera drone I’ve only been on two flight so far so this review will be my first impressions

Works, but some things could be improved.

In most ways, this is a decent to pretty good radio-controlled quadcopter. It’s relatively easy to set up: screw on the props, charge the battery, flip up the GPS antenna, turn on both the transmitter and quad, and give both about half a minute to set up. After this, following the instructions in the small manual it came with, it flew fine out of the box.

Just doing a follow-up to a review I read regarding the 16MP Photos being advertised for this drone. The maximum photo file size is approximately 6 megapixels even though product advertises 16MP. The instructions for the ST-10+ are very limited and do not provide any insight on how to improve MP size. Also, the photos, even though advertised ‘no distortion’, do show curvature.

Very nice and easy to fly

Very nice and easy to fly! Smart mode seemed to be a little bit to dumbed down for me. If you have any experience with quads angle mode will suit you the best. The drone is not to snappy like many others and has a medium to low throttle response. Home mode works ok but it isn’t precise. Leave a few feet of room on all sides if you plan to use it. I wouldn’t take off from a balcony and expect it to land on the spot. Over all not a bad drone, easy to fly. Not sure how to get the pics and vids off the camera, I had to order micro SD reader.

very god deal if u have GoPro and need just a drone with an awesome gimbal

That’s a really good drone and I was so excited until crashed it (it was FUI (flying under influence)) then I bought a new frame for $45 plus tax and fix it by myself. I can say it’s a best drone cause u can replace everything by yourself and parts are not expensive

No regrets!

My first high level rc drone, but I’ve been practicing on a blade nano qx. This is much easier to fly and very stable.

Chroma Go Pro version is a reliable option for those who don’t want to spend twice as much for top of the line.

First off I am a DJI Vision 2 plus user. So now you know where my experience comes from. I had used my DJI for some time and after a few hard landings the gimbal seems to be acting wonky now. I have messed with it so much that I even have a hole in the camera horizontal axis to adjust level with a screwdriver. But alas, it just isn’t reliable. So either I replace the camera/gimbal for $600 or get another drone.
