Not a bad kit, you will need a few things from a hardware store and a few things from amazon, but decent for price, flys well!

As many reviewers have already stated, this is a real DIY kit, no instructions on wiring or frame assembly. There are plently of videos online displaying how to assemble and wire the quad, I managed to use the pictures from other reviewers and knowledge of electronics to wire and program the quad.

Good first racing drone

I was able to use all the parts except the F/C which I killed tiring to power it straight off the battery (Release the magic smoke) Also the ESC are not that good. I’ve had 3 of the 4 go out. I got another set of 4 for spares. The camera was good until a capacitor looking thing was ripped off in a crash. The best parts are the frame and motors. They take a beating and keep on preforming. Some things you will need. a radio and receiver, a battery checker/voltage alarm, PDB/FC standoffs, LOTS of props, spare ESC’s, and I highly recommend some tiny washers for the motor screws.

decent kit. lower rated motors than most similar kits. Tough to assemble due to absolutely no usable instructions so requires looking up each and every part and finding as much info for hooking it up as possible. Definitely wouldn’t recommend it to a fellow newbie as this can be discouraging and seller was no assistance with this. I would STRONGLY suggest seller to create build instructions for this as I believe it’d help sales. There is a similar kit ready to fly for about $185 with transmitter. After I finish the build I will update my review as I am doing it in my free time

Affordable, okay quality, but sloppy package overall

This is a nearly-complete kit to build a 250-class racing quadcopter (a “ZMR 250” clone, according to what I could find on-line). As expected, it doesn’t include a receiver (or transmitter): If you already have a transmitter, you’ll presumably pick a received that matches; if not, you’ll have to buy both (I recommend FrSky’s system, but there are many other options — FlySky is a popular budget-friendly solution). Also as expected, this does not include video reception hardware, only the parts that go on the quadcopter itself (I haven’t tried those yet, and therefore cannot comment on that).

ok kit

This is kit is ok. There were some screws missing, and i had issues with the ESC’s. Had to replace one. This kit does assume you know how to wire everything which is confusing sometimes and we also had a couple of the Flight Controllers not function at all. I previously bought some naze32s just in case.

Great quality for the price. Frame holds up very well to crashes and all included parts are good quality. It’s a great starter kit for getting into fpv quadcopters.

The product arrived with all components except a few screw posts to hold the flight controller in place. You can pick those up at a local hobby store or order a set on line (something like these: http://www.amazon.com/Nickys-Gift-Quadcpter-Hardware-Screws/dp/B019PUK1M2/ref=sr_1_8?s=toys-and-games&ie=UTF8&qid=1452268137&sr=1-8&keywords=screw+posts+for+quadcopter).
